In-person services can help with:
- in-person paper requests for searches, copies, and registration of NOI/COR and submission to the Central Processing Facility (CPF) for data entry and fulfilment
- in-person customer requests available for pick-up at the office location where forms were submitted
- in-person services cannot:
- examine or process any submission, inclusive of all transaction types including submissions for registration, amendments, error corrections, Annual Renewal, etc.
- accept, receive or submit payments on behalf of customers
